• Goat cheese (3 oz.)

• Chives (2 tbsp., chopped)

• Olive oil (2 tbsp., extra-virgin)

Directions:

1. Arrange your zucchini pieces on a long platter then season to taste.

2. Top evenly with goat cheese, and tomatoes. 3. Drizzle evenly with olive oil and serve.
